Agile project management for the piloting, design, implementation and positioning of a full-service in-house consulting offering – including end-to-end customer journey, building a pool of facilitators and experts, and validation through nine internal consulting mandates.

Project management of a participatory consulting process for developing user-centred public services for labour market inclusion in Kyrgyzstan – including empirical needs analysis, qualitative user research, co-creation workshop, and delivery of actionable recommendations.

Design and delivery of an innovation programme for developing new taxonomy-compliant consulting and funding approaches – including leadership training on agile working and Design Thinking.
2021–2022
Development of a digital learning tool for schools – including user research, co-creative design, content and visual production, and rollout. Result: 15 interactive learning modules with multimedia content for students and teachers.
2021
Co-design and facilitation of a three-day digital ideas conference at TU Berlin with 120 participants – including workshop design, digital Miro boards and live visualisation. Result: concepts for eight research projects and one overarching collaborative initiative.
2024–2027
Design, conception and delivery of remote and in-person formats – including Design Thinking and crowd innovation elements, technology transfer consulting, training of founding teams and networking of key actors from research, incubation and the 6G ecosystem.
Protellus was founded in 2016 as one of the first Design Thinking agencies with a clear focus on sustainable development in the German-speaking world and Europe. This foundation continues to shape our approach: user-centred, agile, co-creative.
